Community Voices: Promoting Health Equity for Rural Mothers and Children

In the presentation, learn about a multi-year collaborative community project. For the past three years, this team has connected with various community members (adults and youth), developed organizational partnerships, and built relationships with stakeholders to implement policy, systems and/or environmental changes that meet the communities’ needs and desires. These partnerships have helped create meaningful and sustainable long-term engagement and collaboration.
