Carolina Engagement Week is pleased to cross-reference the following event, taking place on Monday, February 24th: Chapel Hill Peoples Academy.
The Peoples Academy is a FREE program to inform and educate the Chapel Hill community about Town services, projects, and processes. Folks can learn about local government, connect with Town staff and community members, and engage on important issues. This 2-hour Local Government Basics session introduces you to Town government and services, with a focus on decision-making processes and participation opportunities. The upcoming session will be held at the Chapel Hill Public Library on Monday, February 24 from 5-8pm with a hybrid option for virtual participants.
