Building Relationships Across Differences

An interactive training for building relationships with people of different backgrounds. Participants will tackle questions such as:

• What do you want people to think about you?
• What are you worried they will think about you?
• What tactics might you employ for finding common ground and building trust?
• Why does it matter?
